Tracey Hon
After completing her Finance degree at University College London, she started her career at an investment banking firm in Hong Kong, where she specialised in IPOs and Mergers & Acquisitions. After migrating to Australia in 2016 and purchasing her first property, Tracey made the bold decision to switch careers and follow her passion for properties.

Tracey gained valuable experience and honed her skills in the mortgage broking industry while working at an award-winning Australia's top 10 mortgage broking firm. During her time there, she immersed herself in every aspect of the business, learning everything she needed to become a skilled and knowledgeable broker.
Today, Tracey is the proud founder and principal mortgage broker of Upper House Finance. At Upper House Finance, Tracey is known for her exceptional customer service, her attention to detail, and her ability to provide her clients with the right solutions to meet their unique needs. She is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and is committed to providing her clients with the information and advice they need to make informed decisions about their mortgages.
